Micro Machines are a line of toys originally made by Galoob (now part of Hasbro) in the mid-1980s and throughout the 1990s. Micro Machines are tiny scale component style "playsets" and vehicles that are slightly larger than N scale.Remember the whole transparent coloured plastic vibe that was in vogue in the 90s? Well, that’s exactly the kind of cool aesthetic that Micro Machines X-Rays tap into. Some of the car styles were not designed with the playset in mind and vice versa. Comes with a bunch of additional small parts that don't have a nice storage system, which defeats the point of a foldable playset. Our grandson loves this toy and plays with it over and over. We removed some of the smaller parts as his one year old sister might swallow them. He is three and doesn’t put everything in his mouth anymore.
