I'm now used to seeing a voltage around what you report, regularly on my in car voltmeter. I'm told that anything over 12 volts should be enough to turn and start the car, which appears to be true.

Maybe that's just mine, but watch out like.Mines the same. The instructions state there is a low voltage cut out so it won't charge a completely flat battery as the battery could possibly be damaged.

AGM batteries are often specified on cars with stop/start - the Aldi/Lidl and CTEK chargers handle AGM by using the "cold" 14. 7v setting. Halfords is where people I know go but I think they out to sell batteries. Wasn't impressed by them with last car they didn't know how to test a battery they couldn't see Negative terminal. I had to show them how!
